Civil War Style Texas Bowie KnifeSelling from my collection is a very well custom hand made bowie knife. The length is 15 an 3/8s inches long, the old tin sheath is 10 an 5/8s inches long. Thick steel blade has [ TNW ] on one side neat guard stamped. Oval guard is butted with the metal grip that has [ CS with a Confederate flag in the middle. Handle is solid pommel. Other side has [ TEXAS with a Star in the middle ]. The sheath has etched markings too with [ Texas CSA on it ] other side a brass wide belt clip for the side knife. Looks like it came out of a old Texas barn. Listing as modern or repo. A wonderful use den show collectable.
