Authentic 1905 Celluloid Medal With General Breckenridge From Louisville Reunion This is a great piece of Confederate veteran history. It is an original item from a reunion of the Civil War Confederate Veterans' Organization known as the United Confederate Veterans. It is a badge from the 1905 U.C.V. reunion that was held in Louisville, Kentucky. It has the beautiful walking horse at the top. The bottom part is what sets this badge off from the rest. The bottom medallion is made of celluloid. They used this material because of the wonderful scenery and detail they were able to add to the badge. This one has the image of Confederate General Breckenridge in the center with the First National Confederate flag and the Confederate Battleflag below. Above the General is the ribbon that has the date and location of the reunion. The colors are still bright and vivid and the celluloid isn't cracked or chipped. This piece is a great item from a reunion of the Civil War Confederate veterans. Being sold at no reserve so you guys set the price. Due to time constraints we of are unable to check e-mails daily.
