we have a signature of the American Lawyer, Clarence Darrow. Darrow was a very well respected lawyer and is most widely known for his role in the "Monkey Trial" which pitted the schoolteacher John Scopes agains the state of Tennessee. Scopes was originally charged with violating Tennesee's Butler Act which forbade the teaching of evolution in any public school. The trial was handled by a super star team of lawyers and eventually led to Scopes being fined $100.00 dollars. The signature of Mr. Darrow's is a beautiful one. The piece of paper that it is on is a heavier stock that is similar to a business card.
