This wonderful plate was designed by Clarice Cliff and made by the famous Royal Staffordshire pottery in England. The plate was produced during the early 1930s, and is typically Art Deco in style and design. It is of shallow, rectangular shaped form, with a central circular well and measures 8.5" x 10.5". It is decorated in the 'Rhodanthe' design, and is stamped on the back "The Bizrritz Royal Staffordshire Great Britain" and the registration number. T is the usual crazing under the glaze, but no chips or cracks. Great example of her work. Please email me with any questions. All sales are final. Payment is by Paypal or money order and is expected within 7 days of end of auction. Insurance is required. Will ship to U.K.; please email me for shipping costs. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
