Well crafted vintage Italian 18kt yellow gold ring, bezel set with an oval faceted ruby, sapphire and emerald in a sophisticated Bulgari style. Gemstones are genuine and together total nearly 2 carats. There are 26 channel set diamonds totaling approx. .78 carats that are of high quality, very clear and good color. This is a vintage estate piece, ca. 1960's-80's. It is signed 750 (18 karat gold) and also carries the Italian "star", makers number of what looks like 1611, and AL, for Alessandria, Italy. Stone details as follows: RUBY: Nice ruby red color, pink when held to light. A few striations seen w/ 5x loupe. Measures approx. 5mm x 3.5mm, total est. carat weight of 0.33. SAPPHIRE: Beautiful blue color, leaning towards royal blue. No inclusions seen w/ 5x loupe. Measures approx. 4.5mm x 3mm, total est. carat weight of 0.23. EMERALD: Rich, vibrant green color. The emerald is damaged - it has a large chip to one side (see closeup photos). I have worn it this way without a problem, but you may want to replace it. Measures 4.5mm x 3mm, would have originally been about 0.23 carats before chip. DIAMONDS: 26 round, brilliant & very clear 3 point diamonds. No inclusions or spots seen w/ 5x loupe.
