PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR ADDITIONAL PICTURES!! The iconic 40's brooch...restored, with NO green coating loss on the stem strings to detract from it's fabulous-ness. A gorgeous, authentic 40's made, BAKELITE dangling cherries brooch. I have restored the frayed, broken & fragile cherry stems! NO WORRIES, no danger of losing a cherry due to weakened stems! Tested, genuine RED BAKELITE cherries and bar pin with celluloid green leaves and red chain. The cherries on the brooch are gorgeous, plump and lightly swirled with golden butterscotch, carved with clefts...just like a real cherries! The piece is overall 4 1/2" long x 3" wide. The bar at the top is 2" wide, each cherry is nearly 7/8" in diameter (all measurements are approximate). Fastens with a rollover safety catch. The brooch is in EXCELLENT condition, one spot of tarnish on the back near the clasp, NOT VISIBLE FROM THE FRONT. Ready to wear and STUNNING!!!
