This is a wonderful Classic Rinconada Adult American Buffalo, item #88. The piece is Version 1 of the Buffalo! The soft brown color with black and gold accents is perfect on this piece! This piece was introduced in 1981 and retired in 1990 . It would be a great addition to any Rinconada classic collection! It is approximately 3” tall and 3 3/4" long. This (as are all of the Artesania Rinconada collection) was hand carved and painted in Uruguay. Because they are all hand painted and carved, no two are exactly alike. That is one of the beautiful and unique things about Rinconada. This is part of the Classic Design Collection. It is new, I see no chips, cracks, etc. It has been stored (unopened) since arriving in the U.S. About Us We are one of the largest Authorized Rinconada Dealers in the United States .
