For Sale is my wife's lovely "dolled up" 1995 Rover Mini Mayfair 1275cc automatic with only 32000 genuine miles on the clock. We bought this car on 27/03/2011 from a man in Birmingham. It was originally owned by an old lady and it's original reg is a "brummy" one. The guy claimed it was a "Fun car" for his wife, but they had only owned it for 9 months. It was not till I got home ,that I realised the V5 had a comment on it ! I think he bought the car in a damaged state, I suspect as the lady probably passed away ! I believe he repaired some damage, then sold it on to me and my wife ! The V5 does say that the vehicle was identity checked on 30/09/2010 after an accident. This was of course before we bought the car ! Please do not let this put you off this super little car, I think the damage was limited to the nearside "A" panel which admittedly looks duller than the rest of the car! It drives in a very straight line and DOES NOT scrub tyres ! However, My wife has loved the car forever since and it has caused us no body problems, when we brought it the mileage was 18,000 miles. The car has now got a Union Jack theme with the roof being sprayed white to accept the flag. The interior trim and seats are in very good condition.
