I believe this is a vintage pair of scissors made by Clauss. They are marked Clauss Freemont, O, U.S.A on one side and GARDEN CLUB on the other. I believe these scissors are for cutting stems on roses, or flowers. They measure approx 6". They have leaf decorations on the handles. These scissors have been used, but appear in very good condition with lots of use left in them.
