This is a nice late 1920's embossed PEPSI soda bottle from the Eastern Shore of Va.. It is what is known as the DRUM STYLE / PEPSI: COLA Bottle. It is embossed: PEPSI : COLA on both sides below the shoulder along with TRADE MARK REG. CAP. 6 1/2 FLU OZS.. Near the bottom it is embossed: PEPSI : COLA BOTTLING CO.. The bottom is embossed: EXMORE VA.. This bottle was dug in Cape Charles, Virginia about 20 years ago. It is nice and clean. It has minor wear with a couple tiny nicks on the heel of the base. Exmore is located in Northampton County on Va's Eastern Shore. Other towns near by are: Nassawadox, Eastville, Cape Charles, Onancock, Parksley and Chincoteague. If you collect old soda / soft drink bottles, PEPSI : COLA items or items from Exmore or the Eastern Shore of Va. then you might like this for your collection. Buyer agrees to pay $ 7.00 shipping.
