dead stock= new old stock. issued by us coast guard.states made usa. in within the last 10 years . used pretty sure for p.t. fabric is 50% poly and 50% cotton. maker is campbellsville apparel corp a government contractor .no pockets, full elastic waist is 1.5",inside drawstring.size is marked xlarge,waist unstretched is 35",fully stretched it is 48". there is reflective ink (very expensive process to silk screen with reflective ink) around the outside of the captial letters USCG(us coast guard) it is 3.5" wide and 15" long on each leg. inseam is 35" can pull down further on waist to make longer,top of waist to bottom of crotch =15" elastic at bottom of legs,fully stretched out the bottom is 17" all around. great quality item , thick and substantial fabric, nice starting price. these are overruns or slight irrs but nothing i can see.
