This auction is for a Fenton inky Blue Cobalt Butterfly & Berry Fluted Blue Carnival glass vase..This vase is unmarked but that is not unusual...True carnival glass Vase..Thin ribbed, every other flute/panel is ribbed...The other alternating panels have a pattern of what appears to be berry like markings...2 small on the top of each panel and a longer one on the bottom...T are 6 panels...The vase stands 8 1/2 inches tall and the base measures 2 1/2 inches across...The top flutes measure 3 1/2 inches across...This is a Fenton piece.. It is a RADIANT color...With shades of gold, blue, green, turquoise, rose.....The bottom is blue...I cannot decide what shade is predominant....Every time I hold it up to the window it changes colors....This is a lovely piece with absolutely NO CHIPS OR CRACKS !!!! This vase was found wrapped in tissue paper in my Mother in Laws attic after she passed away...She lived in the house for 54 years, so I do not know the age of the piece..I do know it was wrapped securely..Thanks for looking at this item..Please check my other auction items as I do add things regularly...Please check my feedback and bid with confidence....
