This set of rare 96 Nature Cards painted by Lynn Bogue Hunt that were given toschool children between 1929 and 1934. They are in the original sleeves and are a wonderful piece of Coke Ephemera. This is my last complete set in the box, and as usual I'm starting them low without a reserve! Just in time for the holidays!! In the 2000 Petretti's collectors guide, these cards individually listed for $1 each in good condition without the sleeve; Soooo, what do you imagine they are worth almost 8 years later their sleeves box; AND In EXCELLENT CONDITION? Hey, you can tell they're old; they were MADE IN THE U.S.A . which is printed on the bottom right of each card. Now, that (thanks to greedy politicians) you just don't see anymore! The cards come in 8 packs of 12 in brown paper sleeves similar to the old lunch bags. Except for some typical, minor aging on the cards, they are MINT! The almost 80 year old box is in great shape; not torn or missing any of the six end flaps. Even the sleeves holding the cards are in great shape! Considering that the box and cards are almost 80 years old, and I think it's amazing that they lasted this long, together, in any decent condition at all! PERFECT PATINA!! The cards are MINT and come in the following categories: SERIES I- "EARTH AND AIR AND SKY". SERIES II- "MAN'S CLOSEST FRIENDS AND read more
