WoW !!! Now this is a sweet vintage Rare Coca Cola Bottle, produced in Cumberland, MD The Honey Amber Double Diamond Bottle Circa 1905-1910!! A Little history of Cumberland Coca-Cola Bottling Works In 1903 the Cumberland Coca-Cola Bottling Works opened for business on North Mechanic Street. The plant was located on South Centre Street in the 1930s, and move to Greene Street in the 1940s. Why all the moves? Cumberland was hit with a number of floods & fires in the early 20th century, but the exact reason is still a mystery me. The most popular Cumberland Coke with collectors is by far the beautiful and rare Cumberland Double Diamond Cokes. The amber variety was a circa 1905 bottle and features the hand-finished top. The light aqua & clear versions are machine-made and date from around 1910. This was a surface find from West Virginia, how do they survive in such Great Codition !? It is in great condition with a some small flea bites and what apear to be very small surface bubbles that may be associated with minor case wear.. You should look at the photo's carefully and make your own decissions about it's over all condition..
