You are bidding on a true masterpiece in wood started by the great creator and finished by a friend of mine that happens to be a master artisan with wood.

DESCRIPTION

Wooden THNKARD hand crafted from COCOBOLO one of the worlds most beautiful rose woods. THIS ONE HAS SOME NICE CONTRASTING WHITE WOOD.

Gazing into this wood, you can get lost in its beauty of swirling wood grains. The vibrant, contrasting colors of the light and dark Cocobolo and intricate wood grains look as if they were penned by an ancient calligrapher. By using a little imagination one can begin to see pictorial figures such as maps of the world, animals, birds, fish and mountains. The possibilities are limited only by ones imagination.

The Tankard measures APPROX 6" high and over 5" across not counting the handle. It comes with a man sized handle and holds approx 40oz. The high gloss finish is an ECOLOGICALLY FRIENDLY 100% natural food-safe finish.

DISCLAIMER

Each tankard is tested for leaks (I fill them with water and let them sit overnight) if any leaks are found I don't list them. The wood has been dried down to 6% moisture content before the tankard is made, and should not develop cracks or leaks.

We only sell them we CAN NOT guarantee them!

And are a few reasons why.

They can develop a crack or leak IF you drop it, put boiling water in it, if you put it in a microwave or freezer, along with many other reasons I can NOT guarantee them.

What's a Walnut or Cherry Finish? I think this means they stain a piece of laminated or cheaper wood and use a buzzword.
