Set of six S. Kirk and Son 10.15 coin silver dinner forks, Extra large at 8 1/4 in length with a 3 1/2" bed. They weigh an average of 60 grams each, the set totals 360 grams. The forks are in the Mayflower pattern and monogrammed M.A.G in old English script, simply beautiful in 95-98 MINT CONDITION. These forks are really individual works of art, designed with precision to have pefect balance in functionalty and artistic quality. The shank of each fork has a rolled edge that makes it very comfortable to hold and allows for the fork to sit perfectley balanced in your hand. The engraving promotes elegance and almost two centuries worth of good karma. They are marked S. Kirk and Son 10.15. They can be dated 1846 - 1861, and were ownd by the same family for three generations, the forks are over 150 years old. Made by S. Kirk and Son, a prominent Baltimore southern coin silver maker. Own a beaultiful, functional piece of history!
