NOTE: This is identical to my other Recon Tanto listing, but the sheath for this one is slightly damaged. As you can see in the 7th pic, the "male" part of the snap for the bottom retention strap is missing...it broke off somehow (you can see the snap in the 1st pic because I reused the pics from my other listing since they are identical). The top retention strap is fine, so the knife will still be held securely in the sheath. I was going to list this knife at the same time as my other one, but when I went to take the pictures I noticed the problem. I have been trying to figure out a way to fix it, but decided to just list it as-is, with a lower starting bid. Maybe a professional can repair it, but it is beyond me. The knife itself is perfect, just like the other one. So if you miss out on the other one be sure to bid on this one! Thanks!

Up for auction is a Cold Steel Recon Tanto in Carbon V steel, which has been discontinued for a few years and is becoming harder and harder to find. This knife is basically brand-new...it still has the Warning label around the handle, still has the oil on the blade (which is why it looks shiny in the pics), and includes the blade sleeve! It is also a "Made in USA" version...some were made in Japan. The sheath is black leather. As if that wasn't enough, I have a couple Nightshade FGX CAT Tantos laying around so I am also including one (1) in this auction!
