VINTAGE METTOY TINPLATE CLOCKWORK TRAIN ON TRACKS Dad's old clockwork toy train and tracks, must be from the 1950s, has been languishing in the loft too long and now in need of a new home!Track is in 4 pieces, 2 straight and 2 curved with printed details and instructions how to fit together.Both curved sections marked 'Mettoy Made in Gt Britain'.Clockwork train fully working.Has been played with and greatly enjoyed in the past, so there is some wear to the tracks, with a little paint rubbing and some bending of the tin-plate. The paintwork is mostly intact, however - please see photos for better idea of condition.Train might be missing funnel - I'm not sure if it had one or not - a few rust spots to the underneath, some paint wear, a couple of scratches, tin-plate roof of cab slightly misshapen - however, it does run on the tracks. It might need a slight adjustment as it sometimes comes off the track on the curve. FOR ADULT COLLECTORS ONLY - NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. FREE SECOND CLASS P&P! From a no-smoking home.
