These Coins were put into Circulation in 1971 and Discontinued in 2000 in anticipation of the new Euro coins which arrived in 2002. All of the EIRE Coins were withdrawn from circulation, except those held in private hands. I brought these 3 back from Ireland in May, 1989 and have had them in storage since that time. They are in very nice condition for circulated coins The Prices below are in Euros and are for Extra Fine Circulated or UNC-Uncirculated Coins.
