Gruf-a-nuf Excellent condition!!! No damage anyw!!! This adorable ole' man elf is handcrafted by Simpich Character Dolls. He is a cute little ole' man working on a shoe. He has a hammer in one hand and a shoe in the other. He is about 5 3/4 inches tall and is dressed in Ultrasuede (tm). He is very intent on the work he has to do on the shoe. The expression on his face will amke you smile. This beautiful handcrafted doll was made by Bob and Jan Simpich in "Old Colorado City", Colorado Springs, Colorado. Simpich had been in business since 1952, but sadly retired at the end of 2006. Simpich believed in upholding the Old American tradition of creating pieces of original design with excellent craftsmanship. This doll comes from a smoke free and pet free home!!! This is truly a beautiful piece. The detail on his face is exquisit!!!
