This is a wooden cookie cannister, used but in nice condition. It originally had one of those folk art rooster motiffs on it. It measures 6" W each side and 7.5"H with the lid. Although its in nice condition, if I were using it for human food, I'd buy a plastic liner. It's fine the way it is for dog cookies or other doodads. I did not paint the inside. I sanded off the original finish and painted the bottom and lid gloss black. The rest is done in a acrylics with a double clear polycrylic finish. The painting is one continuous landscape, each side turning to a different season and featuring a different color collie. The winter side is signed and each of the other sides is initialed. This would look nice almost anyw, the kitchen counter, desk, or dresser, depending on what you want to keep in it. Any questions, please feel free to email. Thanks for looking!
