Two Rare Virginia Signatures on One Scarce Issue Note JOHN BLAIR & PEYTON RANDOLPH. Fr. VA-62. Virginia. April 1, 1773. Twenty Shillings. Partially-Printed James River Bank Form. Signed by "Peyton Randolph" and "John Blair. PCGS graded Apparent Very Fine-20. Minor restorations. This note has a whole, full appearance, being complete with four margins and above average centering. T is some old reinforcement to three vertical folds on the reverse. The printed text is strong and clear and the rich brown signatures are distinct. This issue is one of the very rare opportunities to acquire any signature from the Signer, Peyton Randolph.
