This is a Front Drum Brake Assembly from a vintage Columbia Bicycle. It needs to be cleaned up. The threads on one end of the axle are almost gone. The chrome is pretty good with a little surface rust. Complete with cable & handle assembly. There is a clip on the middle of the hub that I think is meant to be a cover for an oil hole. The pictures show condition of the internal parts. Shipping in the 48 STATES ONLY. Fixed shipping is 11.70
