Columbia Graphophone Cylinder Phonograph Model BV Up for auction is a Columbia Graphophone model BV. The finish is original. The motor winds up and runs. It is currently using a shoe lace for a belt that should be replaced. The reproducer sounds good. It is missing the speed control and crank hole escutcheon . The back of the case has two holes to mount a bracket. This is a nice small machine and the case measures approximately 10 1/4" X 7 1/4" and 9" high. This does not have a decal and was made for Columbia clients. The veneer and wood are in nice condition. The nickel on the bed plate is not bad for the age. The metal parts have some corrosion.
