Please note that we do NOT ship outside of the USA ! Manufactured by the American Graphophone Company from 1897-1906, this is a Model B (or BX since it has a case). Serial number 132620. I would estimate this to be from 1900 due to the fact that it bears both a bed plate with the patent dates and they are also on the belt cover (usually found only on caseless machines). Clean, clean, clean ! The case has had a fresh coat of varnish applied to it, and the governor has new reproduction weights. Original reproducer was restored by the good folks at 'Antique Phonograph Supply Company' in New York. The horn that I am including in this auction is a reproduction spun aluminum horn, measuring 14" long and 7 1/2" across the bell. The machine itself measures approx. 11" x 6" x 6 1/2", when closed. Yes - this machine does work, and works well ! Personally, I think Edison phonographs have better sound reproduction, but this one is pretty close. The case is oak. Any questions, please feel free to email me. This machine has been part of my personal collection for over 30 years, but I have to make room for my elderly mother, who is coming to live after a stay in a nursing home. Be sure & check out the other phono items I am selling! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
