This is a very nice, earlier model Comoy's Tradition pipe which boasts very nice grain and is a classic Billiard in shape. It has recently been professionally cleaned, reamed, buffed, polished and sterilized. It does retain a few wrinkles near the stem's top and bottom w the toothmarks did not entirely buff out. None are deep and certainly will not affect the smoking qualities of this pipe.

This older Comoy's is 5-3/4 inches in length with a bowl height of 1-3/4 inches . Width across the top of the bowl is 1-1/4 inches. This pipe weighs in at exactly 35.1 grams.

Nomenclature: On the left side of the shank is lightly stamped Comoy's (over) Tradition. On the right side is crisply stamped with the old circular Made in London, England followed by shape number 291.
