Double your traffic. COMPLETE and EXCELLENT SE-11/M-227 Signal Light As Used By Airborne Pathfinders This is an increasingly rare piece of gear used by WWII Airborne Pathfinders: The SE-11 Signal Light Equipment or as it is sometimes mistermed the "M-227". The light is basically a flashlight with a pistol grip and trigger, allowing Morse Code or other signals to be given by the Pathfinders to signal to approaching aircraft the location of the "Drop Zone". The SE-11 set includes a functional M-227 Signal Lamp, the LG-31 tripod for fixed positioning, the detachable shoulder M-341 gun stock, M-172 red lens goggles for night vision, J-51 Key and CD-701 cord for sending signals from a concealed location away from the signal light, the MC-430 red binocular filters for night vision use in the original box of issue,Technical Manual 11-392 (reprints of the April 17, 1943 edition and June 30. 1943 edition) and the BG-131 carrying bag (images of all of the above items appear above and below). All components are in excellent, apparently unused condition. This is one of the most complete and best condition SE-11 sets I've come across in some time and would make an excellent addition to the collection of the advanced airborne collector or re-enactor. Although I'm confident that he buyer will be very pleased with this SE-11, you will nonetheless read more
