This auction is for the complete costume!!!! It includes the shirt, vest pants, striped sash, belt, and wig with beads and scarves. I designed the shirt with and extra large collar, full sleeves and tassles that hang down in front. The sleeves have pearlized snaps on it and it is made of an off-white muslin. I made the vest extra long in front with 6 antique silver buttons and actual button holes. I added pocket flaps and a slit in the center of the back. The front is a nicely textured dark blue homespun cotton. The back is a smooth grey with a slit in the center at the bottom. The pants are a darker grey than the back of the vest and have a draw-string at the waist. I make them full-length (unfinished at the bottom) so that they tuck comfortably inside your boots. The sash is red and white striped cotton, and is frayed on the edges (12 feet long). The belt is a light-weight vinyl(looks like leather) so that you can easily tie the signature knot in the end of it the way Jack wears it. The belt buckle is adapted from a picture frame. The wig is made of human hair with synthetic braids and dreads. In my years of costume making, I have often used a little ingenuity to get the "look" without spending a small fortune!
