Up for auction is 2 complete sets of 1979 Lionel Smokey Mountain Line for parts or repair. Comprising 2 each of: # 8905 engine# 9357 Caboose (9067-10) # 9030 Flat Car with sides # 9330 Dump Car # 4960 AC / DA Hobby Transformer Plus 2 track power connectors, signs and some of the rods for the engines. Plus you get the original printed instruction guide and mini catalog! The trains are in varying condition, with some damage including chips, broken parts, missing parts, melted areas etc. Both motors run and both transformers work, although one makes a buzzing noise. The pics show the condition, sold as-is for parts or repair. A nice little project lot or a whole bunch of parts! I'm selling off all of the vintage model railway gear that's been sitting in our box room and will combine shipping, where possible (except for the American Flyer) but please ask me first - some combinations may turn out cheaper to ship seperately!
