The quarters come in the official binder/albums.The quarters (two for each state, Philadelphia and Denver mints) are on their own state's panel which also house 2-3 postal stamps and contain write-ups on each state, including colorful photos and interesting descriptions of the basic facts about the state (see photo for an example).
