COMPOSITION BABY DOLL w/ TIN HEAD & TIN OPEN/CLOSE EYES

ESTATE FIND!

This particular auction is for an adorable life size baby doll with tin head and tin open/close blue sleep eyes!!

The doll is unmarked, so I am not aware of who the manufacturer might have been. The estate sale had several very old Ideal Shirley Temple dolls among the lot, so is this possibly a baby Shirley Temple doll??

Doll measures approximately 20 inches long. The doll has a tin head, composition arms, composition legs and a stuffed cloth torso with a crier inside. Doll no longer cries. Torso has a small hole beneath the right arm. Wires are visible at the left shoulder and the top of the two legs. Some of the paint in missing on the tin head, otherwise facial paint is in good condition. Doll could use a mild bath. I will leave this to the new owner's discretion and am selling the doll as I found it at the estate sale. Odor free. A very old and adorable doll!!

The perfect gift for the collector on your list...including yourself! :)

I am selling LOTS of rare dolls, books and assorted collectibles this week, as well as homeschool items, so please view all of my auctions. I will be happy to combine shipping when possible.

I will be away from my computer the week of July 6 - 10. If you would like to have your pkg sent off beforehand, then you must pay for your item with Paypal immediately after you win the auction. If so, I will get your pkg sent off to you on my way out of town. Otherwise, the pkg will not be sent until I return home the following week.

All sales are final. No returns. Please ask all questions before bidding.

Please ask all questions before bidding. I try to answer all questions as soon as I find them in the ebay message system and I will answer them to the best of my ability. All sales are final. T are no returns unless I accidently miss pointing something out in my listings that is crucial. For example, if I miss a tiny broken finger on a doll, etc. I am a novice about most things and clearly state this in my listings. For example, if I am not sure of what an item is made of and/or what it is called, etc, I may make an educated guess, (at which time I will state this in my listings if I am not certain), but I leave it up to you more avid collectors to figure it out by looking at the pictures and asking any questions you may have BEFORE you place a bid.

I try to check in often to see if I have any questions on a daily basis. Occasionally, I find a question that was placed just a few minutes before the auction ended and I didn't find it until after the auction had already ended. Please do not place a bid on the item unless you are planning to purchase it without the answer just in case I don't find the question until after the auction ends. Also, I observe the Sabbath from sundown Friday until sundown Saturday and I will not be online to answer questions for that entire 24 hour period, so please realize this if you have a question for me concerning a purchase you have made and/or are considering making.

Insurance is usually optional on my listings; but, is highly recommended, especially for fragile or electronic items and is at the buyer's risk if you choose not to purchase it. Delivery Confirmation is included within the shipping and handling charge. You will get an email notification showing the tracking number when your pkg has shipped.

Buyer must contact me within 3 days after the auction ends to let me know of their intention to pay.

My home is a non-smoking home environment.

Please see photos below for more description and do not hesitate to ask any questions because I may not think to point out something a more avid collector would deem important. I am not an expert. Just a collector of a variety of things in need of making some space around my home while paying some bills at the same time. :) Please email me with any questions you may have about this or my other auctions and I will do my best to help.
