This doll measures approximatley 22" and is made of composition. I always thought she looked just like Dorothy from Wizard of Oz although she is unmarked. Her dress is even blue checkered. She is being sold as is. She is very old. She can be is a fixer upper. She has normal crazing for age. Please see the face close up. She has a few cracks in her face, but I think she is still cute. Her eyes are cloudy, no eyelashes but she has two cute teeth! She is wearing a cute locket that she had on when we found her. I'm going to leave it on her even though I don't think it came with her. This is what I can see. This doll was never mine so I don't know what she use to look like. I am listing many dolls and vintage items this week. I have them on display in my office at our funeral home. I'm selling them because we are remodeling and giving the office a new look. I don't know the age of this doll or her name. She is unmarked on the back of her neck. Maybe this doll is from the 30's or 40's. I like to think she is Dorothy, but I'm only guessing. Our funeral home was an old farmhouse before my dad started remodeling it when he bought it in the 60's. The original farmhouse has a 200 year old history behind it. We found this doll years back..
