Compote Candy Dish Diamond Glass Co. Victory Pattern Depression Pink Glass This lovely compote was found at a recent antique show in Columbus, Ohio. Made by Diamond Glass Company from 1929 to 1931, the pattern is called "Victory". The glass color is pink and condition great. While compotes large and small were found in nearly all American homes from the Victorian Glass age into the Depression Glass, today large compotes are rarely seen but small size compotes such as this one continue to be popular. When I see one in Depression green or pink, I love to add them to my listings. They seem to quickly find themselves sold and on their way to a new home. This soft pink color will fit in most 21st Century homes decor and are a great accent piece for serving cheese, cookies, or candy. Your guests will be charmed with a nearly 100 year old compote bringing color, design, and tradition into modern day decor. This Victory compote is 5 3/4 inches high by 7 inches wide. Condition: The compote is in great condition without damage - no chips or cracks. The surface is clean free of residue ready for your next party. Domestic and International Shipping & Handling Charges: Prices quoted include cost of professional packing supplies and shipping. Yes, I will happily combine orders to save you money on shipping.
