VIEWS of CONEY ISLAND 1909 Brochure, plus George C. Tilyou's STEEPLECHASE PARK Coney Island 1905 Brochure plus eight matching Coney Island Post cards, 1910-1914 . "Fifty years ago t were but three houses upon the strip of land now known as Coney Island. Today t is not a spot in all America so well known. During recent years the pride and glory of Coney Island has been to Steeplechase Park. This stupendous and colossal amusement exposition now covers the largest area of enclosed grounds upon the Island. ". Come from my grand-father travel across America in 1909-10. Very fine pictures with Postcards of " Steeplechase Park", "Brighton Beach", "Luna Park", "Surf Avenue", "The Bowery", etc... Brochure had suffer from humidity, stiches are rusted, but a very nice souvenir matching kit. Pictures tells all... Measures of the brochure are 10x8x¼ inches. Weight 0.25Kg.
