This auction is for 22 items! The high bidder gets them all. Here is the list: 1) RARE Confederate Civil War Bond Receipt- This is a War Bond Receipt that was sold to support the War effort. These were all printed with the signature of Robert Tyler. He was the son of the 10th President of the United States. Since he could not sign them all, they were printed with his signature and then each one was numbered. Each set is unique with it's own number. They are approx. 3 inches in length. This is in INCREDIBLE condition for being almost 150 years old. Soon it will be difficult to find anything like this. It is a great piece of history. 2) One RAILROAD Interest Receipt - This is a GREAT piece of Railroad History. This was part of a Railroad bond that was issued by the railroad. Payment could be collected at the full amount upon maturity date. Sometimes this was as much as 40-50 years or longer. The date listed is the Maturity date where the amount listed could be received, it is not the date of issue. These were issued in 1913 and are almost 100 years old. These are small, approx. 2 Inches.
