Own a piece of American ans Southern History. This Flag was flown over the Capital Building in South Carolina in the final days before they were no longer allowed. Near impossible to come by, This was Flown in May of 2000 and has a Certificate Of Authenticity signed by The Sargent at Arms. Presented to Deborah Hatley on May 5, 2000 By Rep. Daniel Cooper. The flag is 4 feet by 6 feet. and in Wonderful Condition! Email any questions. All shipping, Package and insurance costs will be charged to the winner.Rolled posters will be shipped in PVC Pipe for stability. I won't be making any money on the shipping i try and keep those costs a little as i can but still making sure it is packed safely. Save on shipping if your the high bidder on multile items.
