Double your traffic. Continental Art Company Lady & Man Flamenco Dancers Electric Lamps-1950's-Ex. Album Album Album Album Album Album Album AlbumThese really neat lamps were made by the Continental Art Company from Chicago in the 1950's. They are made of chalkware and what makes this set especially attractive is the fact that the condition of the painted bodies is almost perfect with little visible chipping or wear. There is a small nick on the ladies nose as seen in the 4th image. Probably made to depict flamenco dancers they are very expressive in their appearance. The overall condition is excellent without chips, cracks, scratches, crazing or stains. They are 22 inches to the top of the finial and 14 inches to the top of the figure. All metal parts are original. The wiring may be a replacement which is good. The lamps both work fine. They do not come with shades or finials. They will be packed with the harp and socket still connected but removed to the side for safe shipping. It should be a very easy reconnect.Note on shipping.
