This handsome classic is made in the USA, St. Louis Mo. to be exact. These lounges were ordered and made to customers specifications. My dad purchased this in the late 50's. It is in very good condition, the vinyl upholstery is not damaged anyw, t are a few superficial scratches on the solid wood legs and the black underliner has been repaired at a 4 inch tear. This model has power glide which is an electric device that moves the whole chair forward and back raising or lowering the feet,a rocker switch on the side turns it on and off. T is also a pump attachment on the back that could inflate pockets to stiffen the back rest, The bulb to inflate the pockets is damaged but when I use another device it does inflate. The length from head to foot is 68 inches and the width 26 inches. The attached original metal plate calls this #SSQ(or55Q)74446. This is a great opportunity to own a classic design at bargain price This is a pickup only in Central Florida.
