This Conway Stewart Duro Fountain Pen is no. 58 of only 200 pieces made in 2004. This pen has never been used and is in the original box with converter and warranty information. The original price of this pen was $495.00 The pen has a fine 18K gold nib.. The rings and clip are also 18K gold. The pen is made of casein, which is a beautiful and somewhat rare material made from milk proteins. It is a natural material -- not plastic and the ivory color has a lovely tone. This pen has a delicate pinstripe that is hard to show with my camera. Conway Stewart pens are lightweight and well balanced. The nib is large with some flexibility. T is no outer box, but the black box is in perfect condition.
