This set features two oval cluster rings set with tiered rows of natural gemstones. Then t is a very HEAVY 18k yellow gold hinged ring with a rope motif. The hinged ring opens up and each one of the gemstones rings will slide in so it will present as one ring. This gives you options to wear the gemstones rings very simply or dress them up in a heavy gold "jacket" if you will. This is a fantastic feat of goldsmithing and I personally love jewelry that gives me options for changing the look.
