Very Cool 60’s MIJ Electric Set Neck Bass: I have no idea who made this and the only markings are JAPAN on the neck plate, and pat # 34-427 on the truss rod cover. It appears to be a set neck with a 5 bolt reinforcement plate. The bassball bat neck is straight and plays well, even set up with flat wounds :-). ( note the strange cross string on the D & G ). Frets look great. Modest wear with one screw cover missing from thumb rest, and finish cracks at neck/body. Single coil has real vintage sound. Wish I had a case for her but will pack extra well... .
