This is a COP-R-CHEF " 11 " COPPER SAUTE PAN with LID . Cop-R-Chef is now a trademark for All-Clad, however, when I bought this back in 1979 I don't believe that it was part of the All-Clad that you get now. You can tell by the hammered brass handles that this is the old one, where the new ones have stainless steel handles. The pan is in MINT MINT condition. I have only used this pan about 2 times. The inside looks like it has never been used. The cooking surface is hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel that will not react with food. The inner core is pure aluminum not just at the bottom, but all the way up the sides. All three layers are bonded together for optimum heat conductivity. Best not to put in dishwasher. It is 11" wide and is 2 7/8" in height . The handle and the side handle are hammered brass. The handle has a hook for hanging. There are 3 rivets on the side where the handle fits to the pot. These are also brass. The Cop R Chef logo is on the underside of the handle, but when hung can be seen. The pot is heavy - with the lid it weighs 6 lbs. There are no dings, dents or anything on this set. I just cleaned it as it has been packed away for many many years. Beautiful. I have retired and downsized - no need for these anymore. The new All Clad Cop R Chef 10" ones are selling for $299.00 so this is a very good buy. Will
