It has not been displayed. The Coral sitar was a niche instrument, prized by studio musicians. Original 1960s Coral Sitars are rare, collectors' items and very hard to find. Jerry Jones produced high quality replicas, but he recently retired and production ceased. We still get many requests for these instruments, so we commissioned a builder to supply us with a few replicas. They have recently arrived and we are VERY impressed. These replicas are well-made instruments and hew closely to the original Coral idea….though clearly; the workmanship, woods, fretwire, truss rod, tuners, pickups and bridge on these new guitars is far superior to the originals. Features: Hard-rock Maple neck with rosewood fretboard fitted with Kluson replica tuners Hollow, masonite-type body finished in the classic red crackle finish.
