Another Corgi from my personal collection that is now being sold due to a house move. I put together this collection over many years, sourcing the cars from wherever I could (Auctions, swap meets, private sales and even ebay). Slowly but surely upgrading until I had the best models for display in glass cabinets with the boxes dry stored and wrapped in tissue. This model is one of the original range of designs that were manufactured from the very start of Corgi in July 1956 until 1961. There were 3 colours: Green, Blue and Grey. Actual scale was 1:46. With original clear plastic windows and smooth hubs. It's the non-mechanical version with the with the pressed metal chassis. This car is in first class excellent condition. Completely original and no refurbish. I've had a really good look at it with a magnifying glass. I would say mint. Not even a rub on the roof from the box which is normally so common with these. So check out the photos carefully. I use a macro lens that shows up casting marks and sometimes dust! And the box. Original of course. Complete with all flaps and no tearing. No marks except for "2/9" on one end flap. Some creasing at one end but a good and sturdy box. You can see the rubbing on some of the edges. You can .
