Up for auction is a Corgi 437 ambulance superior on Cadillac chassis in good original condition with a nice reproduction box. The nice feature on this model is the working roof light. There is a battery box that goes in underneath. Put in a AA battery and turn on the switch and the roof light lights up and the four corner roof lamps also light up at the same time. The battery holder unit initially would work occasionally. I put a very small piece of aluminum foil on the inside where the metal arm touches the base when the switch is moved to the on position and now the light works everytime. The battery box is complete with no rust, no cracks and no pieces missing. The bulb in the roof light stays on when the switch is turned on and does not flash. The paint has nicks and wear to raised edges. The hood and side decals are in very good condition. The spring suspension is like new on all four corners with no sagging issues. All glass if free from any cracks or breaks. Tires are in good condition and the car rolls along freely. The car measures approx 4 inches long. Comes with a nice reproduction box.
