TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY1. I do my best to describe the items I sell accurately and carefully. Please read the description of the item, and if you are happy with that please feel free to bid on the item Please do not bid on the item if you have no intention of paying for it. Nothing is more frustrating than chasing up non payers and having to relist an item. It’s unfair on the other genuine bidders, and anyone who later reneges on a purchase will be reported to eBay. 2 My postage and packing fees are NOT just the postage. It includes the packing, and the time taken to take the item to the post office, but please do not assume the costs are the nett price paid on the postage label. 3. Due to certain dubious buyers, all items are now sent recorded delivery. This not only guarantees your delivery (except for a major mistake by the post office), but it also gives me peace of mind too for the dubious buyers who try the occasional scam about non delivery. This adds extra costing to the postage, but I was left with no choice due to too many false claims for non delivery.4. The postal rates are for UK buyers ONLY. All overseas buyers must be aware that insured postage rates outside the UK will be considerably higher, and please do not bid on the item if you do not intend paying the higher rates.5. I do try to post the items as quickly as possible, but due to work commitments, this can occasionally result in a few days delay6. PAYMENT. If you are using Paypal, PLEASE pay within 2 hours of the auction ending. I often post the next day, so provided you pay quickly, likewise, I try to post quickly. By delaying the payment, if I have gone to the post office with several items, if you then delay the payment, it could be several days before I go again, so your purchase could be delayed. 6. TRUST PAYPAL & USE IT!!!. Paypal is a very safe payment method, and speeds up the process. If you pay by paypal, I can usually send your purchase within 1-3 workings days. Sending a cheque means I don't get the cheque for at least 2 days, our super efficient UK banks then want 7 working days to process it, and then your item gets posted once I hace confirmation that the cheque has cleared. Slow, painful and very irritating! PAYPAL is far quicker and totally trustworthy! 7. paying by cheque to paypal is a long winded process. By all means use it if you are not confident, but please be aware that this can result in a delay of 10-14 days for it to clear paypals system. 8,. BUYERS OUTSIDE THE U.K. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING. Due to increasing numbers of fraudulent claims for non delivery, I will no longer post items outside the UK . UNLESS the winning bidder agrees to pay for insured & signed for delivery. PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE THE UK MUST BE BY PAYPAL ONLY!! British banks charge huge fees for processing non UK cheques, and I am not prepared to absorb these costs. Only bid on the item if you can NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER, so please only bid on the item if you are prepared to pay the extra costs involved. The auction is for an original Corgi AA31907 1/72 scale model of a Supermarine Spitfire mkVb, RS-T, as flown by W/C Bob Stamford Tuck. This is one f the Corgi Flying Legends, which is now long discontinued. It is a limited edition, 0501 of only 1500 produced. It is in pristine condition, and has never been out of the box, or displayed. The only reason it is for sale is that I no longer have the room to display it, and an downsizing my aviation collection.
