It is indeed Spanish made. This is NOT stainless steel. This machete is lightweight and comfortable to hold. The blade is 20" long. The full length is 24 13/16" long. The sheat is a total length of 30 1/2" from the tassel to belt loop. It can hold a blade of about 21". This machete was made with the best quality. The handle is plastic injected and rivetted. The blade is a polished natural nickel. Made with the best steel English and German technology that makes it more durable and resistant . Th is grip has greater strength than the others and fits perfectly in your hand for maximum comfort . The sheath is made of leather. It is broken in and there are a few cracks along the length and a rip at the tip. It looks like part of th design was cut or torn off and the loop for a belt was cut or worn. The red leather tassles are in excellent condition and so are the metal decorations.
