Socorico Costa Rica Postal Catalogue Fourth Edition - 2014. The book presentation is similar to the Third Edition. The numeration system remains the same as well as the different sections. The number of pages has grown to over 300 despite a reduction the font size 10 in item description. The one column design with the illustrations at the right of the text leave more space for notes by the collector.There are a number of corrections, additions and more text and references when compared with the Third Edition. The number and clarity of the illustrations have increased. To reduce cost this book is in black and white and the paper is not laser quality but it used Perfect Binding which makes it looks nice. These keep the price at a very affordable level except for postage cost overseas.NAPEX literature judges had call this book "the definitive catalog of Costa Rica"
