COUGAR de CARTIER Fountain Pen, 18K nib Offered is a Cougar de Cartier Fountain Pen.The clip on the cap is marked "Cougar de Cartier, 050015" and "Cartier 1992, Made in France".The pen nib is marked "18K, 750".The pen is 5 1/4" long and weighs 1.75 ounces.It is in very good condition.It does have minor surface scratches.I do not know if the pen works.
