From around 1900-1920 or so, a counter top tobacco cutter for "plug or pipe." 12.25 inches long; advertises American Tobacco Co.'s Master Workman tobacco. The ad on the metal has some issues, check out the photos, it is still very readable. It bolts to the counter or table. In working order, it is a No. "O" on the inside of the handle, S/N 16031 on the bottom and on the handle. Ad says: "Coolest smoke ever put in a pipe, Good Chew," and American Tobacco logo with "Master Workman." I welcome comments/questions. NO RESERVE
